In-Home Euthanasia Please note that the fee for euthanasia does not include care for your pet’s body (body care fees are listed below under Cremation).

Cremation
If Dr. Ivey takes your pet’s body, she will arrange cremation with Heaven’s Gate Pet Memorial Center.
Peace for Pets is not able to arrange transport or cremation for pets weighing over 100 lb. Please note that Dr. Ivey arranges cremation for pets that she has euthanized at home. If your pet has passed without euthanasia, please see the page on Body Care for options.

    Communal Cremation. Your pet will be cremated with other loved pets, and the ashes will be respectfully scattered. Please note that the fee for cremation does not include the fee for euthanasia (see above).

    Private Cremation. Your pet will be cremated separately from other pets, and the ashes will be ready in 1-2 weeks, and you can pick up your pet's ashes at Heaven’s Gate Pet Memorial Center in Wheatland, or the ashes can be shipped to your home. The base cremation fee includes either a wooden box urn or woven bamboo scatter pouch. Engraving on the urn and shipping are additional (see below). Please note that the fee for cremation does not include the fee for euthanasia (see above).

      80 - 100 lb  $300

Metal Name Plate or Laser Engraving on the Urn: $50. Either option comes with up to 3 lines of Engraving in either script (not recommended for ALL CAPS) or block font.
For the metal plate you may select between Brass or Brushed Aluminum finish.

Shipping of ashes to your home via USPS Ashes Delivery Service: $75 If you choose shipping, a signature is REQUIRED at the time of delivery and you will be called to choose the delivery date.
